On Wednesday, India offered to provide the Coronavirus vaccine to all United Nations peacekeepers, who number about 95,000 soldiers, in 12 missions around the world.
"Given the United Nations peacekeepers working in such difficult circumstances, we would like to announce today that 200,000 doses are given as a gift to them," Indian Minister of External Affairs Subramaniyam Jaishankar said during a UN Security Council meeting regarding the Coronavirus pandemic and conflict areas.
